I have been coaching and mentoring people one-to-one and within groups for over 30 years. I work with clients to provide a safe creative and dynamic thinking space and time to face their challenges head-on.
At the heart of what I do is my commitment to maximising people’s sense of passion, professionalism, vocation, and mission. When you desire more joy, contentment and satisfaction in your life and want to unlock more of your potential, it can be hard to know which direction to head in first.
We live in a culture that doesn’t actively award people for branching out, challenging or changing themselves - women particularly are schooled in a system that doesn’t ask the key questions but instead drives a work and living ethic that doesn’t prioritise happy healthy mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
I am known for my incredible ability to motivate, inspire and enable people to transform potential ideas into great things. It’s something I have done time and time again in my own life and with others. I have a 'one-woman dynamo' approach to life and am known for my sense of humour, direct approach, deep intuition, and empathy. Our coaching work will generally be a time-limited series of meetings and we will set intentions, goals and strategies as well as regularly review progress. Our rapport is vital to the work so we will ensure before we get started that I am the right coach for you and that our work will help you move forward.
Before we meet for the first session you will fill out a series of situational queries and we will use these as the basis of the first session where we will also finalise our working contract and a coaching plan for you going forward.
My coaching fees range from £300-700 per month depending on the nature and frequency of the work and the status/sector of the commissioning person or body.
