  • The course is 5 sessions over 4 weeks Friday mornings 10am - 12 noon

In addition to this there are weekly course coaching materials and a community Whats App group where you can use this to check-in with questions and progress of your fellow participants.

  • Once you have signed up for the course. I will send you an intro email with a short participant questionnaire. I will ask you to briefly explain what it is you want from coming on the course and where you are in your work life now. This will help me to understand the starting point for you.

I will also include my usual coaching contractual stipulations in the email such as my safeguarding and payment policies and my groundrules for good work together. You will sign to say you’ve received and understood all of this and we will discuss all of this in the first session too.

  • This course is open to any and all women. Inclusivity is very important to me so I aim to provide a space where women of all backgrounds feel welcome. What is very important is that you connect with the information on here about the course and that it somehow describes where you find yourself to be in life and that you want to disarm and disrupt your self-limiting beliefs and imposter type feelings. The course is for any women that feels a ‘YES thats me!’ or anyone who is feeling stuck, lacking purpose or direction and wants to get that spark back in their life.

  • No, however, if you have any questions, you can reach out to me via the Whatsapp group that we will create for the programme. If you are looking for something more bespoke and face-to-face support and accountability, please get in touch to find out about my one-to-one coaching.

  • Yes totally. I am happy to invoice your organisation for this course - the corporate fee is £620.00

I can also deliver courses like this ‘in-house’. If you think your organisation would like more details about this then please email me on the contact button.

  • YES!

I am happy to set up a payment plan with you.

I do not want cash flow to be a barrier if you would like to take part in this course, so please get in touch and we can work out a plan that works for you.

  • You will be missed!

There will be materials sent out for the sessions so you will be able to prep for each session and have the handouts as reference. I won’t be recording the online workshops but I do encourage participants to share key learnings after each session so that everyone can benefit even if you’ve not managed to get to the session.

  • Yes - there will be materials sent out for you to work through each week. These will include written pieces and coaching prompts for you to use in your exploration and activation of your Impostor Intervention.

  • Sometimes this happens with courses or we decide to leave. There will not be any refunds. Before you join the course you will fill in a form asking a series of simple questions to ascertain if this course is right for you and if you are right for the course. In this way we will try to make sure that it works for all of us.

  • I guarantee that the course will take you through a process that will help you to think about your limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, how it shows up, where it started and how you can develop strategies to disrupt it in the ‘here and now’. All of this will hugely impact your next steps in work life and/or career. Of course I cannot make any guarantees about specific outcomes but what I can say is that the course will be inspirational, fun and a positive reflective space for you.

What you do with the ideas and materials that you get from the course will be up to you. As the old adage says - you get out what you put in. Please do read the testimonials on this page and my website to understand better what people say about working with me.

  • The group will be no more than 10 women.

  • The 2 hour long sessions will take place weekly on the following Fridays at 10am -12 noon

    June 21st - June 28th - July 5th - July 12th

  • The weekly coaching calls will be 2 hours long and will be ONE morning A WEEK 10am-12 BST. In addition to this I will send everyone a written thought piece to read - this will take around 15 mins per week to read and digest. The time you spend thinking about the prompts I suggest to do on the course will obviously be dictated by your situation. If you are not currently working then you might have lots of time to really deep dive into the process and so on. On the other hand if you have work, a family and other commitments then of course time will be limited and you will have to decide at the outset what kind of time allocation you can spare to the course. We will deal with this in the opening session. I would hope that you will be able to spend at least one/two hours per week on the programme to get the benefits and then if you can spend more time then you will move forward faster. And of course because of the way this course is presented you will infact be working on your issues at a unconscious level throughout the process. In this way I plan the course to be immersive on a range of levels.

  • I would suggest (and this may be tricky for some) that if you want to do this programme and you are working full time that you talk to your manager/Board/supervisor about being allowed to take 2 hours off per week as CPD / work-related training or TOIL etc. Employers are far more aware these days of the need for staff to be happy and thinking about their well being, personal and professional development. You will be learning loads of new skills via the work we do together and it will all be deeply applicable for your leadership and ability to take initiative in your organisation.

  • YES of course....when courses are online this does mean stay at home parents can get involved. I am totally used to having kids in the space.

  • You will need to have access to zoom for the calls and to WhatsApp so you can join the private online community. I will send details of all of this once you are booked onto the course.

  • You will need a notebook/journal and pens

  • I am sure that life will undoubtedly happen and participants might have to miss a call. The written materials I send out are excellent however and lead you through a process. You

can use the what’s app group to check in with myself and the other participants too. Playing a part in the live calls however is proven to accelerate learning as is the sense of community that is important in online groupwork.

  • NO - not at all. What you do need to come on the programme with is a positive intention to start to explore your self-limiting beliefs and do the work that will help yourself. My work as coach will be to ask incisive questions and lead you through my tested process that will open up ideas and thinking so we can work on this together. Whatever you come on the programme with will be exactly the right place for you to be. The programme is designed as a journey and it is this journey that will be useful to go on - you won't know what the destination will look like yet.

  • Safety in groups is really important for me as a facilitator and I work very hard at the beginning and throughout the programme to make sure that we create the right atmosphere and space to make sure everyone feels that you can contribute and be yourself in the group. Without this we won’t be able to take risks and try out new ideas etc. Everything we do in the programme is private and confidential to the group and we will make a group agreement at the outset that will act as a tight container. I am skilled at supporting less vocal people to get involved and find space in groups. In addition I send an on-boarding questionnaire before everyone starts just to make double sure that the course is appropriate for everyone and everyone is appropriate for the course.
